Submit your Leads

After a lease has been signed, you can submit your courtesy service request. You will receive a confirmation via text.

Courtesy Communication Sent

After submitting your referral, your client will receive a courtesy text message, an introductory email that includes our current promotions. (Client name automatically generated)

Courtesy Call Made

Your designated sales rep will contact your client between 2-3 weeks before their move-in date to offer assistance with setting up the client's install.

Get Paid!

For every client that connects with Xfinity through our Courtesy Connections Program, you will receive a referral bonus of up to $100. All checks will be sent to your office between 5-6 weeks after the customer's services are installed.
