Job description:
• Bilingual preferred
• Proficient email and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Google applications including Spreadsheets, Docs, and Drives.
• Play a critical role in interacting with and addressing customer needs
• Be attentive and welcoming to all individuals who call for service
• Project energy appropriately on a person by person basis
• Show exemplary customer service and have effective conflict resolution skills
Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with their inquiries about Xfinity and other products and be able to share your knowledge to the best of your ability
• Help customers identify what they are looking for and help them choose an Xfinity package that best fits their lifestyle
• Complete daily/ weekly tasks via High-Level CRM.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service work experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of CRM systems
